Main Lift

Box Squat max effort 

ACCESSORY WORK 

* Back extensions with safety squat bar on back. 3 sets of 12

*Reverse hyper 2 sets of 30 reps.

* Deadlifts in the belt squat. 5 sets of 5 reps.

* Sled drags 6 trips of 60 yards.

* Standing Abs
