POWERLIFTING CREW WORKOUT

Main Lift

Belt Squat 5 sets of 5 reps (Near Maximal Weight)

or

Max effort deadlift with red mini bands

ACCESSORY WORK

* Reverse hyper 3 sets of 20 reps.

* Inverse Curl 3 sets of 10 reps.

* Good mornings 2 sets of 5 reps

* Sled drags 8 trips of 60 yards.

* Hip ab developer

  • does anyone have a video of a
    “Psoas Sit Up” on med Ball.

    Ive heard the podpast, read the books but still feel i’m doing them the wrong way. A video would help.

  • This blog is really great. Some great ideas for me to try as well as an example of the volume that top athletes can handle.
    Can you guys put up a Dynamic Effort Upper post? I was wondering if accessory exercise selection is or needs to be different on Dynamic days as compared to Max Effort days.
