POWERLIFTING CREW WORKOUT

Main Lift

- Safety squat bar with blue strong bands  

ACCESSORY WORK

  • Good mornings 3 sets of 20 reps. (lighter weight higher reps)
  • 90 degree back extensions with safety squat bar on back
  • Inverse curl 5 sets of 8 reps (Heavy)
  • Belt squat walking 3 sets of 1:00 each (Heavy)
  • Standing abs/hip ab developer
