POWERLIFTING CREW WORKOUT

Main Lift

- Conventional deadlift from a 2" deficit.

ACCESSORY WORK

  • Good mornings 4 sets of 12 reps. 
  • Deadlifts in belt squat 3 sets of 8 reps.
  • Standing leg curl 3 sets of 5 reps (heavy)
  • Belt Squat 5 sets of 5 reps (Heavy)
  • Plyoswing 3 sets of 8 reps
  • Ab roll outs
