POWERLIFTING CREW WORKOUT

MAIN LIFT

-  9 sets of 3 reps (close, medium and wide grip alternating each set) mini bands, 50% of one rep max

ACCESSORY WORK

-  2 sets of 15 reps dumbbells

-  JM Presses 3 sets of 12 reps

-  Lat Pull Downs 3 sets of 10 reps

-  Kettle Bell Shoulder Press 5 sets of 8 reps

-  Ab roll outs
