- Isometric Holds below pin 4 3 sets of 5 reps for 2-4 second holds 

- Inverse Curl 3 sets of 15 reps

- Reverse Hyper 3 sets of 20 reps

- Plyoswing 3 sets of 30 reps

- Standing Abs
