Main Lifts-(Every One Decided To Work Up Today)

  1. Circa Maximal Phase was completed by those meet prep mode

Or

  1. Raw Box Squat 1 RM was undertaken
  2. Deadlift against mini bands 8 sets of 3 reps
  3. Max Saftey Squat Bar

Accessory Work

- Isometric Holds below pin 4 5 sets of 5 reps for 2-4 second holds 

- Standing Leg Curl 3 sets of 15 reps

- Reverse Hyper 4 sets of 20 reps

- Belt Squat walking 3 sets 1 minute each

- Hip Ab Developer
