Main Lifts

  1. Circa Maximal Phase was completed by those meet prep mode. Max effort box squat against blue, green and purple bands.

Accessory Work

- Good Mornings 4 sets of 8

- Standing Leg Curl 3 sets of 15 reps

- Reverse Hyper 4 sets of 15 reps

- Sled Drags 6 trips 60 yards each.

- Standing Abs
