Main Lifts-(Every One Decided To Work Up Today)

  1. Circa Maximal Phase was completed by those meet prep mode

  1. Max effort deadlift against mini bands

Accessory Work

- Isometric Holds below pin 4 3 sets of 5 reps for 2-4 second holds 

- Inverse Curl 4 sets of 10 reps

- Reverse Hyper 3 sets of 25 reps

- Sled Drags 8 trips 60 yards each.

- Hip Ab Developer

  • Great to see these workouts being posted.
    Reviewing them I see lots of pressing work, tri work, posterior chain, glute work.

    Where is the upper back work?
