Main Lift

Speed Squats against chains with cambered bar 55% of 1 rep max 

Accessory Work

- Inverse curl 3 sets of 10 reps

- Belt squat speed squats 3 sets of 15 reps

- Belt squat walking 2 sets of 1:00 each 

- Seated goodmornings 3 sets of 12 reps

- Weighted abs 4 sets till failure
