Powerlifting Crew Workout 

Main Lift

Speed Squats against chains with cambered bar 50% of 1 rep max 

Accessory Work

- Inverse curl 3 sets of 8 reps

- Belt squat 3 sets of 8 reps

- Deadlifts in the belt squat 3 sets of 5 reps

- Dual pendulum reverse hyper 2 sets of 30 reps each side

- Hip quad developer 4 sets of 6 reps

- Med ball abs
