Powerlifting Crew Workout 

Main Lift

-1 Rep Max Sumo Deadlift against mini bands 

Accessory Work

- Good Morning 3 sets x 10 reps

- Inverse Curl 5 sets of 10 reps

- Reverse Hyper Superset 5 sets of 10 reps 

- Glute Ham Back Raises 3 x 10 reps 

- Standing Abs

Fight Crew Workout 

Main Lift

- 1 Rep Max Deadlift from Pin 3

Accessory Work

- 4 sets of 3 minutes of Belt Squat Walking with a wide stance 

- Inverse Curl 5 sets of 10 reps

- Hip/Quad Machine 5 sets of 10 reps

- Reverse Hyper  5 sets of 10 reps 

- 1 trip of 800 meters Sled Drag

- Hip/Ab Developer 3 sets of 20 reps

    The plates should be elevated 6 inches from the floor

    What’s the ideal DL height pin 3 may not be same height as your pin 3
