Main Lift

1 rep max - Floor bench

OR

1 rep max Bow Bar Bench Against Westside Doubled Mini Bands 

Accessory Exercises (Increase Weight from last week)

    1. JM presses 3 sets of 10.
    2. Push Ups with feet elevated onto 24" box and sand bag on back. 2 sets of 20 reps.
    3. Bamboo bar shoulder press 4 sets of 10 reps.
    4. Bamboo bar 4 sets Of 25 reps.
    5. 300 Monster band tricep extensions.
