Accessory Exercises (Increase Weight from last week)
- JM presses 3 sets of 10.
- Push Ups with feet elevated onto 24" box and sand bag on back. 2 sets of 20 reps.
- Bamboo bar shoulder press 4 sets of 10 reps.
- Bamboo bar 4 sets Of 25 reps.
- 300 Monster band tricep extensions.
