* Good Morning Machine (5 x 15 reps)
* Banded leg curls 4 sets of 50 reps.
* Snatch grip deadlifts 3 sets of 10 reps.
* Reverse Hypers. 4 sets of 12 reps (heavy)
* Med ball abs.
