* Deadlift with zercher harness against black monster mini bands.
* Inverse curl 4 sets of 5 reps
* Single arm deadlifts 2 sets of 10 reps.
* Belt squat walking 3 sets of 1:00 each.
* Reverse Hypers. 3 sets of 15 reps
* Standing abs
* Med ball abs
