POWERLIFTING CREW WORKOUT
Main Lift (Circa-max phase)
Max Effort deadlift off of 2" mats
* Standing leg curl 5 sets of 8 reps.
* Single arm deadlifts 2 sets of 10 reps.
* Hack squat machine 4 sets of 6 reps (heavy)
* Reverse Hypers. 3 sets of 30 reps (lighter wight)
* Standing abs (obliques)
* Ab roll outs
