- Good mornings 4 sets of 12 reps.
- Deadlifts in belt squat 3 sets of 8 reps.
- Standing leg curl 3 sets of 5 reps (heavy)
- Belt Squat 5 sets of 5 reps (Heavy)
- Plyoswing 3 sets of 8 reps
- Ab roll outs
