- Straight bar speed squat with green bands 9 sets of 2 reps (55% of straight bar max)
- Deadlifts against red mini bands 8 sets of 2 reps. (55% of deadlift max)
Accessory Work
- Seated goodmornings 3 sets of 8.
- Deadlift in belt squat against red mini bands 4 sets of 5 reps.
- Sled Drags 8 trips 60 yards each.
- Reverse hyper 4 sets of 20 reps.
- Standing abs (obliques)
