I’ve heard Louie talk multiple times about having golfers in the gym, I'm just wondering what the typical training week looks like for your golfers and what do you emphasize with them.
We use a lot of:
- Glute-Hamstring work
- Pulling a weight sled
- ATP march variations
- Plenty of rotational work for the abdominals
- Lat and basic upper body work for GPP
*most golfers need GPP work to meet the physical demands of the second or third day of a tourney.
