  • I recently moved to Wichita, KS and soon found Genesis Heath Club. As part of my initial sign up, of course, a personal trainer was assigned to me for a one time assessment(sales op). Having already completed an hour lifting session, the trainer proceeded to have me complete his high intensity cardio session. After which relentless sales tactics applies. I simply tried to explain to him that of which you have posted. He was choosing exercises for me without consideration for what was done previously, my goals etc.
    With so much ‘junk’ in the way, it can be hard to keep a sound mind and make the best decisions in the weight room.
