LIFT:

1- Sumo Stance Deadlift ( hard 3 )

2- Wide Grip Lat Pulldown 4x15

3- Conventional  4''  Deficit  Barbell RDL 4x15 

4- Heavy Med Ball Russian Twist x 75

5- Back Hyper with weight 4x15

6- Adduction/ Abduction Machine 4x25 Each

7- Foam Roll / Stretch 10 Minute Minimum
