DB Bench  4x15 ( change height each set )

No rest between sets, change height and go

DB Free Squat 2x15

Bodyweight straight leg rdl 2x25

LIFT:

1- DB Box Squat 6x15 (3 wide stance // 3 close stance)

2- Barbell Shoulder Press 4x10

3- DB Crunches x100

4 -Medium Grip Lat Pull-down 4x12

5-Pushups x 50 

6- Banded Hamstring Curls x100

7- Banded Clamshells 50 total

8- FR/ STR. 10 Minute Min.
