By · CommentsThis is the last day we put a bar on our back before the meet. As always I worked up to ~50% raw of my comp max as did pretty much everyone else with a few guys putting their briefs on and doing a plate more. ‘
After this it’s 1-2 accessories and then we shut it down.
Everything from here on out is deload/accessories.
I won’t be posting again until after the meet. I’ll be taking a 1 week vacation from the web and focusing all my energy on the task at hand.

Wasn’t going to put the shirt on but as it’s been a while I wanted to feel something heavy in my hands. As Travis was training in his shirt it worked out perfect and we also had a visitor who gave us some pretty awesome handouts. I didn’t catch his name but Thank you sir.
I did a bunch of blood work after but nothing worth writing about. Can’t wait for meet to be here i’m ready to SFW!!!
