Speed Squat bow bar + green bands 1*5-60 1*3-150 1*2-240 1*1-330 1*1-470 1*1-510 1*1-570 (PR 20 lbs) 1*1-600 (PR 50 lbs) We did max squat in dynamic day because the weight was is too heavy on last Friday (second week in speed squat circle) and we were not able to go heavier without the losing speed today.
