Tony worked up to 495 raw then threw a new shirt on and worked up over 800 (i think). He was testing it to see if it would work for SPF Nationals but he is going to need a little more practice in it so will wait until after the meet to break it in.
After this we did
Overhead Barbell Rack Presses - 3x6
I am super duper weak at these. I'm talking piss weak so overhead work is something you're going to see a lot more of.
Chain handle extensions 2 chains 1x10 3 chains 2x10
Pushups - 3x20
Face Pulls - 5x15
Obliques on ab coaster - 3x10 ea
