Box Squat (Week 2 Circa Max) 150 + blue, green, purple 1×2 240 + blue, green, purple 1×2 briefs on 330 + blue, green, purple 1×2 420 + blue, green, purple 1×2 Suit on straps down 510 + blue, green, purple 1×2 570 + blue, green, purple 1×2

Shack worked up to 470 for a single against blue + green as it was just a regular ME day for him.

If you've read about circa max then you'll probably notice that not only did i do the entire thing backwards but also that it is now only 2 weeks and that i didn't do any sets with the same weight. This is just an experiment (Tony B & Luke did it was good results before their last meet) but if all goes to plan will probably become the new method until we try something else ;)

Speed bench w/football bar

Seated overhead tricep extensions w/ EZ bar

45 + mini band 3x15

Bamboo Bar

3 hanging kb's - 3x10

Not sure the weight as Hoff loaded it and I didn't even think to check.

DE Squat

Group 1 - Billy, Shack, T-baggins and Jake

Box Squat

150 + blue band 1x2 240 + blue band 1x2 330 + blue band 1x2 420 + blue band 5x2 510 + blue band 1x2

Billy stayed with 420 for his sets, Jake jumped to 510 on his forth set and then 600 for his last set.

Group 2 - Tony B, Luke Edwards, Matt Smith

Box Squat

150 + blue band 1x2 240 + blue band 1x2 330 + blue band 1x2 420 + blue band 1x2 510 + blue band - Matt Smith did 6x2 600 + blue band - Luke did 6x2 650 + blue band - Tony did 5x2 690 + blue band - Tony and Luke did 1x2

For me it was deload day as part 2 of circa max is Monday so i just did light accessories - Reverse Hypers, Leg Curls, Abs
