There is being held a annual power lifting competition in Kabul, Afghanistan at Camp Eager’s Foward operating Base at the end of Nov 2007. | ||||||||

We have limited support and prizes for the competitors and winners.

The competition will be well documented with lots of pictures to endorse the American soilder and civial servant lifters and of course the generosity of you product donations. |

Doris, Again I wanted to drop you a line and say THANKS for those shirts and hats. The bench press and camber bar curl competition scheduled for the first week of Jan 07 was a big success and had a very large field; Soldiers, sailors and airmen participated. | ||||||||

This is a Moral, Welfare, and Recreation scheduled event, used to ease some of the burden of being away from loved ones and provide some good old fashion competition of strength. | ||||||||
 |

The overall winner won with a weight of 415lbs at a body weight of 198. | ||||||||
 |

We wanted to thank you for the t-shirts, they arrived just in time for Christmas! I attached a picture of the 3 of us (I’m in the middle) at our gym here in Kabul, Afghanistan. Thanks again and Merry Christmas to all of you at Westside!
