Max Effort Rack Pull
ByWith Luke in the hospital and Tony not back from LA it was a little quiet in the gym this morning. With circa max coming up next week typically we will deload this week & next Monday to prepare. I didn’t want to totally skip ME work so I picked pulls off pin 4 (just below knee cap) as this is a “easier” exercise on the CNS I find.

Plyo Swing Leg Press – 3×10
Reverse Hyper – 3×10
Abductors – 3×10
Hanging leg raises (toes-to-bar) – 5×5
